First: Could someone please clarify how the unpaid item process works? If I open a case manually, can the buyer still leave feedback even if he/she doesn't pay?
Second: I have a note on every single one of my listings that payment is due two days after the auction is over. I have several bidders who must spend hours bidding on my auctions during the weekend, then request an invoice but don't pay for many days! Some have even contacted me in the meantime, but cannot manage to pay! I would like to open unpaid item cases at that two day point, what do you think? I know that some sellers let buyers accumulate items to ship all together (for several weeks in some cases) but I am not one of those sellers. I have a tiny house and do not have the space to organize someone's orders for weeks on end. It is ironic that these tend to be the worst bidders, the ones who want something for absolutely nothing.
